Hearts of Oak have successfully signed Liventius Arthur on a permanent contract. The highly-rated defender, who previously played for Tamale City FC, has agreed to a two-year deal with Hearts of Oak.
Being just 21 years old, Liventius is considered a promising talent in Ghanaian football. His impressive performances for Tamale City FC in the previous season, where he made 29 appearances, caught the attention of Hearts of Oak.
Before joining Tamale City FC, Liventius had been a key player for Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs. Despite interest from other clubs, including newly-promoted Nations FC, Liventius has chosen to join Hearts of Oak for the upcoming season.
