MAX ENTERTAINMENT: I still offer backing vocals to other gospel artists – Ruth Adjei

Date:

Ruth Adjei said during an interview on the Max Morning Dew on Max 89.7 FM that despite having her own music career now, she continues to sing as a backing vocalist for other gospel performers.

Beginning her music career in 2012, Ruth Adjei has produced a number of well-known and heartwarming gospel songs, including Siesie Me, Liquid Prayers, Oshida, Me Nse Wo, and her most recent offering, Same Old God.

Ruth Adjei revealed in an interview that she has continued to perform as a backing vocalist for other gospel artists, including Joe Mettle, Emilia Arthur, Jack Alolome, Kofi Sarpong, Empress Gifty, and many others, even after coming to public attention and winning numerous awards.

When asked why she still offers her services to other gospel artistes, miss Adjei responded by saying, “ It is a grace and talent that God has given me and I should not be boastful and stingy with it.”

“God can raise stones to do what I do so I see it as a privilege to to use my voice to help other artists”, she added.
