To make sure Isay die, Catalina sends Dulce to go along with Isagani.
At the Cardinals, Connor gives the poison and the antidote to Isay, she tells her to give the poison to Isagani when she meets him, Connor further explains that once she take in the poison she will die completely and can only come back to life only if they inject her with the antidote in less than 30 minutes, he also added that they will light up fireworks to inform Isagani that Isay survived.
A girl brings food to a chained Menandro, he attacks the girl and tells her that he won’t die until he gets his revenge, the girl leaves with another guy and it turns out that Menandro took a pin from the girl’s hair, he laughs evilly.
Later, when another guy came to visit, Menandro has unlocked the chains so he killed the guy, took his gun and walks out.
Fausto and Lupita sees him and hides, they wonder how he managed to escape.
Meanwhile, Catalina is bragging to Matteo that she has turn Isagani into a beast and he will make him take Menandro’s position because Menandro is useless, Menandro hears all this and attacks Catalina with a gun from behind, everyone stood there and watch, but Lupita came from behind and throws a dagger at Menandro, he runs from there and jumps into the sea, Nina fires some bullet into the sea and it seems 1 hit Menandro because the water turns red, so they believe he is dead.
Dulce and Isagani arrives to meet Isay, Isagani tells Dulce to wait in a distance as he goes to meet Isay.
Isay brings a basket full of foods for Isagani, she hugs him but he didn’t hug back, he tells her Dulce is watching from behind.
Isay pours some water into the glass.
They exchanged the drugs and added some of the one Connor sent into the water, Isagani was scared but Isay assures him that their plan won’t fail, she takes the water and drinks it.
“Cheers to your death Isay” Dulce says to herself from behind.
After taking the drugs/water, Isay and Gani hugs and promise each other that this won’t be their last time, but before Isay could finish her line, she falls down, Isagani was sobbing but has to be in character because Dulce comes to check if Isay is really dead, she checks, confirms it but she still wants to shoot her, Isagani stops her saying they might end up in jail for that.
Dulce is over the moon seeing Isay lifeless body, they drive from there but some of Catalina’s men are still around so the Cardinals cannot go and give Isay the antidote.
Caroline saves the day with her mechanic skills, as she secretly causes some damage under the car of the guards, their car started moving without anyone driving, the guards runs after the car so the Cardinals runs to where Isay’s lifeless body is.
They quickly inject Isay with the antidote, but she is not responding, Diane cries her heart out seeing Isay’s lifeless body, Connor asks to wait for a while.
They give Isay series of treatment but still not responding, Diane continues to weep, they all look on sad, Lucas calls for an ambulance.
A blindfolded Isagani and Isay arrives at the island, he remembers his moments with Isay and gets sad.
Diane continues to weep, finally Isay started breathing, she opens her eyes and they all have a sigh of relief, the ambulance siren blows in the background.
Meanwhile, Isagani is still worried since he doesn’t know what has happened to Isay, he is informed that Catalina has a party in the night to celebrate Menandro’s death.
Later at the party, Catalina replaces Nina with Lupita as her new right hand woman because she saved her, Nina gets angry and says it’s unfair but Catalina shut her up.
Matteo follows Nina and brainwashed him to save her strength because when they work together they can take everything Catalina owns.
Dulce brings a restless Isagani there, Matteo stares at him without a word as he walks away, Matteo then tells Nina that they need to get Isagani on their side and that will automatically bring Dulce to their side too.
At the party, Catalina introduces Isagani and Lupita to each other, they pretend not to know each other.
Dulce continues to flirt with a restless Isagani but Gani leaves to get fresh air, Lupita follows him outside whiles Fausto keeps Dulce busy by spilling a drink on her dress.
Outside, Isagani thanks Lupita for tipping them about the danger at his wedding, Lupita assures him to have faith in Connor’s plan, Isagani sobs as he is still unaware if Isay is alive or dead, Lupita narrates her encounter with Connor, she encourages Gani to stay strong.
Lucas, Enzo and Connor in their separate locations lights up the fireworks (knockout), Isagani and Lupita see this in the sky and gets happy.
“He is alive; my wife is safe” Isagani smiles saying this.
Isagani then decides to do everything possible to close the chapter of Catalina for good.
