Kofi Kordzi, a forward for the Black Galaxies, wants to win the CHAN championship in Algeria in 2023.
In a friendly match on Sunday, the home team overcame Ghanaian Powerhouse Hearts of Oak by a score of 2-1.
The Black Galaxies have been training for the competition, which starts on January 13, 2023, in Algeria, for two weeks.
Kordzi, who works for Legon Cities, is one of the provisional players in camp and hopes to reach the tournament’s final roster.
“Preparations towards the tournament has been very fantastic because what we have been doing at training is great. We have been playing friendly games throughout the week and I hope and pray that we will go and bring the Cup home”
The Black Galaxies were placed in Group C with Morocco, Madagascar, and Sudan.
On January 15, 2023, they will start their transaction against Madagascar.
Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Danlad Ibrahim, two important players, are anticipated to report to camp this week after returning from the World Cup in Qatar.
