John Laryea knocks out Sebastianus Natanael to win WBO Africa Featherweight title

Bronx Gym boxer John Laryea knocked out Namibian boxer Sebastianus Natanael to win the WBO Africa Featherweight title.

The fight which was held at the Bukom Boxing Arena and shown live on Max TV saw the 21 year old Laryea claim glory.

The referee had to stop the fight in round 4 after Sebastianus Natanael sustained a cut to his left eye.

After the fight, the Ghanaian boxer John Laryea vowed he is looking forward to win a world title for his lovely country.

Meanwhile Natanael also says he was disappointed the referee stopped the fight because he could have carried on.
