Accra Hearts of Oak are in fresh trouble with Ghana’s football governing authorities after shameful scenes displayed by their fans at the end of the Super Clash.
The Phobians suffered a disappointing 1 nil home defeat to their bitter rivals Asante Kotoko in the first Super Clash of the 2025-26 Ghana Premier League season.
Fans of the home team and even some players reacted poorly to the decisions of referee Reginald Collins Amoah, who eventually had to escorted from the stadium by the police.
The GFA cited breaches of Articles 16(2)(b) and 34(6)(d) of the Disciplinary Code and the Premier League Regulations, 2025, to which Hearts have until Tuesday, November 11, to respond.
