The head coach of the Black Stars of Ghana, Otto Addo, is confident his team would return to winning ways, as he believes the odds are favorable towards his team.
Formerly of German giants Borussia Dortmund, Otto Addo has endured a tormenting start to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, losing at home to Angola and drawing 1-1 away with Niger in Morocco.
Ahead of the first of the two-legged tie against Sudan, the Black Stars, according to their head coach, Otto Addo, will win should they do their “homework” right.
“The probability that we lose tomorrow against Sudan is very, very low if we do our homework, if we are concentrated and if we play together as a team,” he said in the pre-match press conference on Wednesday.
The Ghana Football Association (GFA) will be hoping the Black Stars win on Thursday afternoon to avoid a public outrage.
