Ghana FA Announces Second Transfer Window for 2024/25 Season

Date:

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has officially opened the second transfer and registration window for the 2024/25 football season.

The transfer window is scheduled to begin at 12:01 AM on Monday, December 23, 2024, and will close promptly at 11:59 PM on Wednesday, January 22, 2025. All clubs, including Premier League, Division One, Women’s Premier League, and Regional Football Association (RFA) clubs, have been urged to complete player transfers and registrations within this period.

The deadline for submitting player registration payments and ensuring the crediting of club accounts is January 17, 2025. Clubs are reminded to adhere to these timelines to avoid any disruptions in their squad preparations for the remainder of the season.

This announcement was made via a letter signed by Prosper Harrison Addo, General Secretary of the GFA, urging full compliance with the regulations.
