ECG announce scheduled Accra maintenance exercise

A few areas in the Greater Accra Region are set to be affected by the impending maintenance work by the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG).

The exercise scheduled between 9am and 5am will take place on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, to improve service delivery.

Affected areas are Madina Nsamanpom, Madina Market, Teshie Agblezaa, Club Depot, Dzorwulu, Awoshie, Odorkor, Gbawe, Tuba, Kokrobite, Old Bortianor, Old Aplaku, Gbawe Top Base, McCarthy Hill, Weija Junction, Shiabu, Beach Road, and surrounding areas.

In the Tema Region, power will be interrupted in Afariwaa Junction, Sanco 4, Yellow Signboard, Michel Camp Gate, Kakasunaka Number 1, Gbetsile, Soldier Line, Vienna City, Community 9 and nearby communities.
