Ashanti Regional Council Congratulates Dr. Frank Amoakohene on Appointment as Minister

The Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council (ARCC) has officially extended its heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Frank Amoakohene on his appointment as the 15th Ashanti Regional Minister under the Fourth Republic.

His appointment by H.E. John Dramani Mahama marks a significant milestone in the governance of the Ashanti Region, reflecting the confidence placed in him to spearhead regional development.

Following a successful vetting and approval by the 9th Parliament of Ghana, Dr. Amoakohene has been sworn into office to take on the critical responsibility of steering the affairs of the Ashanti Region.

The ARCC, in an official press release signed by Chief Director Mr. Michael Owusu Amoako, expressed its commitment to working closely with the new minister to ensure the seamless execution of government policies and initiatives aimed at enhancing socio-economic growth in the region.

 

The Ashanti Region, known as the heartbeat of Ghana’s cultural and economic activities, now looks to Dr. Amoakohene’s leadership for progress, stability, and infrastructural development. As he assumes office, stakeholders and citizens alike anticipate strategic policies that will address key developmental needs, foster unity, and promote sustainable growth.

The Ashanti Regional Coordinating Council reiterated its full support for Dr. Amoakohene and wished him success in prosecuting the government’s agenda for the betterment of the region.

His appointment sets the tone for a new era of governance, and all eyes will be on him to deliver on the expectations of the people.
