2026 WAFCON: Ghanaian queens move to new clubs

Ghana Black Queens defender Josphine Bonsu has made a big switch from Germany to Switzerland.

The talented Ghanaian versatile defender is currently defending her country at the ongoing 2026 WAFCON in Morocco.

She joins Young Boys Frauen formed in 2005 in Switzerland, from Bundesliga side Carl Zeiss.

“Welcome to the YB Women’s team, Josephine!” the club posted on their Instagram account.

Meanwhile French-born Ghanaian Ananee Yeboah completed a transfer RC Lens.

The 21-year-old joined French club Thonon Evian Grand.
