Nigeria’s Super Falcons have touched down in Rabat ahead of their highly anticipated 2024 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) final against host nation Morocco.
Coach Justine Madugu’s team will hold their first training session later this evening at the FUS Académie, with the initial 15 minutes open to the media. A final, closed-door session is scheduled for Friday at the same venue.
The nine-time champions will battle the Atlas Lionesses in the WAFCON 2024 final at Rabat’s Olympic Stadium on Friday.
The Super Falcons advanced to the final after a 2-1 win over South Africa’s Banyana Banyana in Tuesday’s semi-final. Meanwhile, Morocco edged Ghana’s Black Queens 4-2 on penalties to book their spot in the title clash.
