DONE DEAL: Daniel Adrian Joins Kotoko

Date:

Asante Kotoko has secured the services of 24-year-old right-back Daniel Adrian Adjetey on a one-and-a-half-year deal after a successful medical.

Adjetey, who began his career at Nania FC in Ghana, brings international experience from stints at Naestved in Denmark and BFC Daugavpils in Latvia. Known for his defensive strength and attacking versatility, he aims to make a strong impact at the club.

Head Coach Dr. Prosper Narteh Ogum praised the signing, emphasizing Adjetey’s quality and competitiveness, especially following Kotei’s ACL injury. The coach expects him to strengthen the squad and provide vital competition in the right-back position.

Adjetey expressed his excitement, calling Kotoko one of Africa’s biggest clubs. He is eager to embrace the challenge, work hard, and contribute to the club’s success while advancing his career.
