A 30-year-old man has been sentenced to seven years in prison by the Nalerigu Circuit Court for defiling a 15-year-old girl.
The incident happened in Walewale in the North East Region of Ghana, where Alhassan Abdulai, aka “Borga Lasco,” defiled the girl at an eatery joint after luring her with GHS 10.00.
Parents of the victim reported the matter at the police station when she was visibly in pain after the convict forced himself on her.
Following the evidence presented to the court presided over by Francis Ayamwuni Asobayire on Thursday, January 9, 2025, found “Borga Lasco,” guilty of the charges.
