Rayan Cherki, a midfielder for Lyon, is undecided about moving despite Fulham and Lyon agreeing to a £12.7 million deal with £4 million in add-ons on Wednesday night.
Cherki, who joined Lyon at the age of sixteen, has made 141 appearances for the French team, contributing 25 assists and 17 goals in that time.
Cherki was part of the French team that placed second in the Olympics behind Spain.
This transfer window, Fulham has already made a splash by acquiring Emile Smith Rowe from Arsenal at a reported £27 million.
