Ghana’s Black Starlets Head Coach, Laryea Kingston, Reflects on Growth Through Coaching Laryea Kingston, the head coach of Ghana’s Black Starlets, has shared insights into his coaching journey, highlighting how leading the U17 national team has been instrumental in his development.

“In our recent match against Russia, our first loss since assuming our roles, it was a learning curve for both the team and myself. The subsequent game against Serbia showcased the team’s ability to learn from mistakes and perform admirably,” Kingston explained in an interview with the Ghana FA media team.

As preparations for the WAFU Zone B U17 Cup of Nations are underway, Kingston emphasized the diverse playing styles encountered, particularly noting the shift from Western to Eastern European approaches.

With the tournament set to kick off in Accra, Ghana, on Wednesday, May 15, Coach Kingston expressed his determination to lead the Black Starlets to victory.
