PRAISE ACHIEVEMENT AWARDS 23: Franky 5’s ‘TIG’ show on Max FM wins award

Multiple award-winning radio and TV personality Frank Kwabena Owusu, popularly known as Franky5, has won the Christian Radio Program of the Year award from the 2023 edition of Ghana’s prestigious Christian awards scheme, dubbed “Praise Achievement Awards.”

The host of This Is Gospel on Max FM, which runs every Sunday from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m., was nominated for both Christian Radio Program of the Year and Radio Presenter of the Year, which emerged as the winner in the Christian Radio Program of the Year category.

Speaking to max.com.gh, he said, “It is time to amplify Jesus Christ through the things that we do. And this is a trophy; when you honor God, God will honor you.”

This is the first award for Max FM in the category of Christian Radio Program.

The Praise Achievement Awards scheme is designed to recognize and celebrate the hard work and dedication of various stakeholders and players in the gospel industry who have contributed immensely to the gospel ministry.
