The highly regarded forward, 20, had already represented Spain’s youth squad, but it was uncertain whether he would be selected for the senior national team.
Three rookies are included in Coach Luis Enrique’s team for the two games, including Nico Williams.
Inaki, who received his first call-up before Ghana’s pre-World Cup friendlies against Brazil and Nicaragua, has reported to the Black Stars camp in France while his brother Nico is with the Spanish national team.
