We begin tonight’s episode with Carolyn visiting and angry Lucas who vents his anger on his punching bag, after much persuasion Lucas finally tells Carolyn it’s not Matteo who killed his mother but it doesn’t mean he’s excused from all the things he did to his family, he refuses to tell Carolyn who really killed Sita but what he has to do is plan his next move carefully so the person who really killed his mom ends up behind bars surprising her.
Isagani meets up with this brothers, they offer to be there for him Incase Nante draws a machete on him too saying they won’t leave his side.
Dulce visits Isay at home pretending to care about what happened between her and Isagani, she said it’s better than she ruining her life with her father and choosing her family first is always the first thing to do.
Isay says if she and gani are even apart she will love him and he will always love her too and they promise to stay faithful to each other, Dulce asked if that won’t be hard since it’s a forbidden and long distance relationship but Isay said they will overcome all trials that come their way. Dulce tells her not to worry because she will take care of Gani for her whiles smiling.
Isagani meets up with Nante, he has a talk with him and Isay, however Isagani was surprised to see Dulce in Isay’s house so was Dulce.
A restless Dulce tells Catalina, Isagani, Nante and Isay are together right now and what if Nante changes his mind and decides to forgive Isagani then their wedding will push through so she can’t let that happen, they can’t be happy whiles she’s there alone and miserable asking what she did to deserve that because they will live happily ever after and she can’t allow that, saying Isagani used to be madly in love with her.
Back to the meeting, Nante tells Isagani he hasn’t really forgiven him for what they did to his daughter, putting her in danger and if it’s up to him he and Isay will leave the town and be far away from him and his families troubles.
Scene shifts to Dulce again, who tells Catalina maybe she’s right and Isay did seduce Isagani. Catalina said she didn’t tell her that to feel bad but to wake up and realize that she should put Isay in her rightful place, she said she will like to place her at a place where all traitors belong with Catalina asking whether it’s in hell.
Dulce continues saying she wished she and Isay never became friends and hopes she disappears from their lives so it will be only her and Isagani.
Scene shifts as Nante says if seeing Isay dying inside everyday he can’t allow that since the love he has for his daughter is much stronger than the anger he has for him. He asks for Isay’s forgiveness also saying he wants her to be happy but knows she won’t if she doesn’t spend her life with Isagani. He tells gani for his daughter’s sake he’s given them their blessings and gani thanks him saying he will do everything to make him trust him again and how much he loves his daughter as Isay and gani hug each other.
Back to Dulce, Catalina said now that she knows what Dulce wants she wants to ask her if she will do anything to make it happen. She continues to ask in life and death, her life or Isay’s what will she choose, which one of them will live and who should die.
Dulce answers that she’s the one who should live and Isay is the one who should die.
Isay tells Isagani that all their problems are gone with Isagani saying her love is immeasurable not only for him but for her father too and she praises him as a man with great honor. Isagani says they should get married Next week as they continue to shower each other with love.
Nina confirms to Catalina that the bandits are on their way to Isay’s house and Catalina said she wants Isay to suffer and feel pain like a dieing rat at the clutches of a cart and wants her to meet her death slowly until she runs out of breath because that’s what a snake like her deserve since she’s a pain in her daughter’s neck and she’s getting in the way of her plans because Soledad is concerned about her, so they should wait and see if the Cardinals can save her life and also wants to determine that families power since only the strongest will survive.
Isagani thanks Nante again for given him a second chance and whiles saying goodbye to Isay suddenly hears the sound of horses as they get surrounded by the bandits who point a gun at them, Isagani ask what they want from them as they’re quickly surrounded.
The leader instructs his men to take everything they can, he also states that Isay is very beautiful and they’ll take her along too, gani said they will have to kill him first before they can take her but the leader instructs his men to take her as gani starts fighting them off. He and Isay join hands to fight them off like we saw in the first episode between Roman and Soledad, they beat all of them but the leader gives a warning shot which catches the attention of the brothers who happen to be close by to protect gani and they rush there.
The leader points a gun at them asking his men to get up, he holds them at gun point ordering his men to take Isay which they succeed this time as Isay is beaten unconscious and the leader runs away with Isay on his horse.
The brothers arrive helping gani to fight off the bandits, however the leader rushes far away with Isay.
Isagani reports this to his brother who offer to take the care of the bandits asking gani to go save Isay as he leaves. The fight continues.
Isagani chases after the leader on a horse too.
Conner saves Nante’s life after he’s almost killed by one of the bandits as he continues to think about what Matteo revealed regarding Conner, he tells the brothers to save his daughter as they all hurriedly leave to find gani.
The leader ties Isay up at an old factory, she regains consciousness asking where she’s, same time the leader calls up Catalina saying they already there as they watch them through the cctv.
Catalina said that’s exactly what happens to pests like her who there to ruin all of her plans whiles laughing.
The leader takes up some more ropes remembering Catalina’s words that she wants Isay to suffer and feel pain like a rat in the clutches of a cat and meets her death slowly until she runs out of breath. Isay continues to beg for messy.
Isay’s been hanged as Catalina enjoys the show but fortunately gani arrives in time and begins to fight off the leader, same vein Isay struggles since the rope is to tie on her neck.
Isagani gets flashbacks of his good times with Isay whiles he is being held to the neck on the ground by the leader as Isay loses consciousness and Isagani gains some strength beats the leader and cuts of the rope trying to revive Isay, Catalina is shocked watching.
He eventually revived her assuring her she is safe now and Catalina turns angry. She breaks her glass of wine saying she was already dead and she can’t let the Cardinals beat her like that. The brothers and Nante come to save them, Catalina can’t help but get angry more, smart Conner spots the CCTV camera telling his brothers who get shocked.
The leader spies on them as they all chase after him, Catalina tells her assistants to turn the CCTV footage off and delete it because it must not be traced back to her or find her out her.
Isagani said they should bring Isay to the hospital. The leader fights with Enzo and succeeds escaping but it wasn’t easy after the brothers team up, smart Conner notices something he dropped behind.
Isagani tells Isay to not move around anymore since the doctor said she should rest to regain her strength and Isay said she’s still alive because he rescued her, Isagani assures her he is just keeping his promises to her and her father. Isay ask him to teach her more things so she can defend herself better next time which he agrees. Nante also thanks gani for saving his daughter with gani assuring him whoever did that to Isay will answer to the law.
Catalina arrests all the bandits except their leader telling her girls to get rid of all those worthless fools, they should use their own knifes chop their heads off and feed them to rats since she has no use for weaklings and also make sure they find the leader.
Nina tells her they’ve successfully covered their tracks and their men are searching for the missing leader, she tells them to hurry up and get rid of all the evidence that she still doesn’t have Dulce by her side and wants her daughter to be there with her when she gets her revenge on Roman and Soledad and the rest of the Cardinals. She said that’s why they’ve to find the leader and kill him so the Cardinals don’t know the identity of their real enemy and she can’t rush things with Dulce but there’s another way to get what she wants, she will drive Matteo insane for real and turn him to a wild animal and when the right time comes he will bring about the destruction of own family.
The brothers show the weapon recovered at the scene to gani, Conner said it’s a special weapon that some bandits use when they about to attack, Lucas ask who could’ve ordered them to kidnap Isay and hang her to death and Lorenzo tells Conner to trace back the location of the weapon and CCTV cameras and Conner said they might have deleted all traces by now but he will try with gani saying he will find them and make them pay for what they did to Isay.
Conner ask who they think is behind the incident, Lorenzo said Matteo but Isagani said Matteo has no money anymore so can’t do this, Conner said maybe unless there’s someone helping him and Dulce and Lucas ask if it could be Menandro, Isagani said he and Matteo are mortal enemies so it’s impossible but what bothers him is why Isay and why they drag her into her.
Conner concludes he Isagani is the target because they want to destroy him asking if he knows anyone apart from Matteo who can do that to him and Lucas said they’ve to believe him because Menandro is capable of killing an innocent person just to get what he wants but if there’s anyone after them then they need to find out of quickly, Isagani said they need to find that bandit and alive so he tells them who masterminded the entire incident as Conner said the weapon will help them catch the bandits. Lorenzo also said he and Conner will keep an eye on Matteo monitoring his every move and make sure he doesn’t get out of the facility and once they done with that they will help gani find the bandit.
We ended as gani said they going to regret what they did to them and that they went against the Cardinals.
