A renowned Nigerian singer, Reekado Banks has expressed concern about some individuals who he describes as “demonic” for crippling the talents of some young musicians.
According to him, those industry giants deliberately impede and frustrate talented artists for them not to rise.
The former Mavin Records signee in a cryptic tweet on Tuesday, March 25 insinuated that certain industry players deliberately “impede or frustrate talented artists, either out of ignorance or malicious intent.”
Following his post, some were quick to speculate that he was referring to Don Jazzy, his former label boss at Mavin Records but Reekado denied.
He clarified that his post was not directed to Don Jazzy and he was not the subject of his claims.
His post has since stirred conversations online, with fans eagerly waiting to know the alleged industry figure he was referring to.
