Talented young artist, BlaKid has praised Shatta Wale for collaborating with him on his all-stars track “Accra.”
The track is the Accra invasion of the earlier project, Shatta Wale did with Kumericans which even featured King Paluta at that time.
According to him, the collaboration had uplifted his career from the up and coming artist to a mainstream artist.
Speaking exclusively with Max TV’s e-Quick show in Accra on Wednesday, BlaKid stated that the project had given him fame and expressed profound gratitude for the selfless act of Shatta Wale.
Though, his words were not to label any artist as selfish, he was lauding Shatta Wale for unearthing talents which might not have been publicly recognized in Accra.
”It is a blessing for a big Art like Shatta Wale to give you that platform because it’s not all the artists who will be that selfless to give you that opportunity. So, God Bless Shatta Wale, God Bless SM, I am so grateful,” he stated.
BlaKid indicated that after that collaboration, his life had never been the same as he could not even buy beans from his favorite joint anymore.
Lauding Shatta Wale once again, he said Shatta even gave all the upcoming artists he featured on the viral track a brown envelope to sort them out.
