France international Paul Pogba has met with top officials at Italian club Juventus to end his stay at the club.
Pogba, 31, rejoined Serie A giants after he left the club to join Manchester United for a world record fee in 2016, where he claimed to have suffered depression under the reign of Jose Mourinho.
The one-time FIFA World Cup winner was banned in September 2023 for testing positive for non-endogenous testosterone at the start of the 2023-24 Serie A campaign.
An appeal made to the Court of Arbitration for Sports following a four-year suspension by Italy’s Anti-Doping Tribunal was successful, hence his return to active football.
Pogba is expected to sign for a new club in January 2025 as a free agent.
