Retired NBA legend Dennis Rodman’s daughter, Trinity Rodman, had one of the games of her life as she influenced the United States Women’s National Team’s opening win at the Paris Olympics against Zambia.
The Copper Queens were blunt in the match, which saw Pauline Zulu sent off in the 34th minute after the Americans had taken a three-goal lead within twenty-five minutes into the game.
Rodman’s persistence paid off after she hit the crossbar before giving Emma Hayes’ side the lead in the 17th minute.
Despite Mallory Swanson’s quick-fire double in the 24th and 25th minutes, the USWNT did not add to their tally in the remainder of the game as they breezed away 3-0 winners.
