The Asante Kotoko National Circle Committee (NCC) has announced a full boycott of Ghana Football until significant steps are taken by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) to ensure justice for the tragic death of Pooley.
The committee is demanding the arrest and prosecution of Nsoatreman FC owner, Hon. Ignatius Baffour Awuah, as well as the individual responsible for Pooley’s death.
In a strong statement, the NCC has made it clear that they will not participate in any football activities, including matches or events, until those responsible for the heinous act are held accountable.
The committee has officially communicated this stance to Kotoko management, urging the club to stand in solidarity with the cause for justice.
This move signals a significant development in the ongoing efforts to seek justice for Pooley, with the NCC calling for swift and decisive action from the GFA. Fans and football stakeholders alike are watching closely to see how the situation will unfold.
