Lecturer from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Benjamin Oduro Arhin, popularly known as Bnoskka, has expressed concern about the state of some event centers in the country most especially the Ghana National Theatre.
According to him, the facility poses danger and threats to patrons utilizing the place.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Max Morning Show in Accra on Monday, Bnoskka noted that the place needs a rigorous restructure.
”Though, the theater currently has an air conditioner (AC) but the chair is screwed with bolts and knots which even tore my trouser. It poses a great danger to patrons of the facility,” he said.
Bnoskka expressed an urgent need for the chairs at the facility to be fixed for public safety.
He said the facility being used for events should be welcoming and not cause harm and discomfort to its users.
Bnoskka also stated that the backstage of the facility posed security threat on the users since there was no barricade and there were other items which could be used as weapons against patrons.
