#MaxEntertainment: I can’t record music sober – Kizz Daniel reveals

Date:

Nigerian musician Oluwatobiloba Daniel Anidugbe, known in the entertainment scene as Kizz Daniel has revealed that he could not record his music soberly, making it hard for him to quit abusing substances.

According to him, he has been struggling with his addiction to smoking and drinking, with every attempt to quit proving unsuccessful.

The “Buga” crooner stated that he was used to aiding his craft with drinking and smoking and was now struggling to quit it.

In an earlier Instagram announcement, following the birth of his twins in 2022, he expressed his intention to quit smoking.

However, in a conversation with his followers on the X platform, formerly Twitter, when posed with the question, “Can you stop smoking Vado?” by a concerned fan, Kizz Daniel responded with honesty, admitting, “Not that easy, my bro. I’m trying…”

Another fan inquired about the singer’s relationship with alcohol, asking if he could also give up drinking.

Kizz Daniel equally said that it was challenging to abstain from alcohol consumption as he could not record soberly.

To the query, “Can you stop drinking too?” Kizz Daniel candidly replied, “No, I can’t… I can’t record sober. I love my family, but it can be boring sometimes.”
