Former Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp is reportedly open to becoming the next Germany national team head coach.
The Deutscher Fußball-Bund (DFB) is believed to be contemplating whether to let current head coach Julian Nagelsmann continue in his role.
Nagelsmann has come under intense criticism in the German media after the country crashed out of the round of 32 stage of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
The mighty Germans with a rich football history lost to the lowly Paraguayans on a penalty shootout on Monday, much to the shock of many.
With many fans wanting the young gaffer, Nagelsmann, out the door, the name on everyone’s lips as a replacement is Jürgen Klopp, who is currently the head of global soccer for Red Bull GmbH.
Klopp, however, according to ESPN Soccer, is not feeling it is the right time for him to take over.
