Date:

Ghana Premier League leaders Bibiani Gold Stars maintained their lead at the top by delivering a convincing 2-0 victory over Aduana Stars at Dun’s Park on Sunday, October 20.

Samuel Atta Kumi added to Ronald Frimpong’s 6th minute opener in the 73rd minute of the game to give Coach Frimpong Manso maximum points ahead of their next game against a steady Accra Hearts of Oak side.

The Still Believe boys winless start to the 2024-25 Ghana Premier League season continued as the Phobians made themselves difficult to penetrate.

Albert Amoah continues with his fine form for Asante Kotoko, as he scored the only goal in his team’s victoy over defending champions FC Samartex.

The Porcupine Warriors dominance was rewarded in the first-half as Amoah coolly slotted the ball past the Timber Boys’ goalie in the 31st minute.

Dr Randy Abbey’s Heart of Lions suffered a 1-0 defeat to Karela United at the Aliu Maham Sports Stadium.

Abdul Latif scored the only goal of the game from the penalty spot after Hardi Mohammed was fouled in the penalty box in the 80th minute.

Nsoatreman FC secured a deserving 2-0 victory over newly promoted side Basake Holy Stars at the Nana Amoah Kronmansah II Park on Sunday.

Collins Kudjoe and Mohammed Abdul Rahmana scored in the first-half as the defending MTN FA Cup champions bagged maximum points.
