You may have noticed a scuffle broke out at the end of the first half between the Ghana bench and England players.

A visibly frustrated Jude Bellingham barged into Ghana defender Jerome Opoku right at the end of half time.

Incensed by the challenge, the Black Stars assistant coach John Paintsil and head coach Carlos Queiroz ripped into the Real Madrid star for his tackle.

“Fuck off, mate, yeah,” Painstil said. Queiroz added, “Hey, hey… fuck you, mate. Fuck you.” An English lip-reader disclosed it.

England head coach Thomas Tuchel came in to quell the heat: “Just go, get off now.”

Bellingham explained what happened with the Ghana bench and even admitted to his fault.

“It was just when I made a silly tackle, to be honest,” he explained. “I was trying to try to win the ball, and I followed for a little bit and caught the lad. I spoke to him after, and then their bench jumped up trying to get me a yellow card.”
