The President of the Republic of Ghana, John Dramani Mahama, has expressed gratitude to the Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) and Biopolis for a warm reception and learning tour.
As part of his diplomacy tour of Singapore, the President of Ghana visited SIT, learning of how business impact is delivered through intense focus on applied research.
At Biopilis, President Mahama discovered the coordination of public-private collaboration which drives innovation and economic growth in the biomedical field.
The tour provided a detailed realisation of the need to deepen university-industry collaboration to make future graduates work-ready.
