EPL UPDATES: Manchester United to pay record fee for Evan Ferguson

Date:

According to reports, Brighton will demand a British record transfer fee from Manchester United to sell the Republic of Ireland’s young sensation, Evan Ferguson.

Often drawing comparisons with the legendary England and Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer for his style of play, Ferguson has won over many admirers with his performances.

The 19-year-old is reportedly the number one transfer target of Manchester United boss Eric Ten Hag, having previously had an offer of £50 million turned down by the Seagulls in the summer.

The Red Devils aren’t the only team interested in the Irishman, as Chelsea, Liverpool, and Tottenham have enquired for his services.
