MAX ENTERTAINMENT: Akwaboah Snr dead

The legendary highlife singer, Akwaboah Snr., has passed on, according to his son, Akwaboah Jnr.

Junior Akwaboah took to his Twitter account and other social media platforms to break the news to his fans.

“RIP Daddy,” he captioned a photo.

The Ghanaian entertainment industry will miss his songs like Awerekyekyere, Odo Bra (W’akye3), Opintin, Adesre, and many others.

Before his demise, he battled blindness and other acute illnesses.  Meanwhile, the cause of death is still unknown.
