Award-winning rapper Sarkodie of birthname Michael Owusu Addo was set to appear before a court to give an account on a failed social media promise made on a Twitter handle, kantanka-daily from Kantanka Automobile to Jude Osei on 13th June but did not respond to the invitation.
Jude Osei claimed on the 14th May, 2019 that he received a private message from Kantanka Automobile, asking him to share an image of a Kantaka Automobile car, and if he can reach 30000 retweets, he will be given a Kantanaka Mensa automobile but the promise was not honored after he reached the given target.
According to Jude, Sarkodie was earlier summoned by his lawyer on the 13th of June 2022 but failed to respond to the court’s invitation. In light of that, he has been summoned again to appear before the court on the 21st of June 2022.
If the rapper fails to appear again, it is most likely there will be court warrant for his arrest.
