- Accra Hearts of Oak started their title defence with a draw against Legon Cities at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Phobians were aiming to start on a good note but unfortunately could not do so.
A first half of chances were there for the taken but Hearts were not clinical enough.
The second was no different as Hearts dominated play but failed to put the ball at the back of the net.
The game eventually ended 0-0 and Legon Cities appear the happier of the two sides.
