The head pastor of the Christ Embassy Airport City Youth Church (CEYC), Pastor Enock Boamah, has refuted claims of the miraculous healing of Yolo star, Drogba, at the Friday Miracle Service being staged.
Speaking at the testimony service on Sunday, September 1st, Pastor Enock subtly responded to critics, saying, “Drogba spoke on his own will, we didn’t put words in his mouth.”
“The person said he feels better. We didn’t ask him; he said he feels better. Na me put that word for ein mouth? But his testimony is big than this; we will share it later. That testimony is one out of the hundreds of testimonies that happened to him that night. The testimony is bigger than this; I’ve told him to calm down. Devil can heal like this? And we no dey follow am? It doesn’t make any sense he stated.
The pastor’s statement comes after skeptics questioned the authenticity of Drogba’s healing testimony at the Friday Miracle Service. By affirming Drogba’s autonomy in sharing his experience, Pastor Boamah reaffirms the church’s commitment to genuine spiritual encounters.
