MP Claims Over 100 Children Named After Him

Date:

Have you ever been so proud of anyone’s achievement or philanthropic works that you named your children after them?

Well over 100 people have named their children after Nkoranza South MP, Hon. Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, or so he claims.

The MP, also the Minister for Special Initiatives, revealed to the Citi newsroom on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.

According to him, the projects he has undertaken as MP of Nkoranza South include a school in every community in his constituency.

“They have names – over 100 children after me. My name is Emmanuel Kwadwo Agyekum, and it is a fact on the ground. Somebody named four of his children after me,” he stated.
