Screen goddess Nana Ama McBrown has marked her 49th birthday celebration with a grand premiere of her much-anticipated movie, AMA, at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), on Saturday, August 15.

‎The occasion coincided with the actress’ 25 years of existence in the industry. She combined both celebrations to tell the tales of her achievements and success stories whilst advising the youth on her struggles and resilience.

‎It saw spectacular performances from Kuame Eugene and Lasmid, while celebrities including Efya Odo and Sefa were among the star-studded crowd.

Lekzy Decomic also cracked jokes to make attendees happy to celebrate the joyous occasion of Nana Ama McBrown.

‎Expressing her gratitude for the massive turnout, McBrown expressed joy about how Ghanaians received her not only as an actress but also as a TV host and thanked everyone for their support and love.

‎“I’m so touched by how far Ghanaians have come out to support me and this movie. It’s truly magical to see everyone here celebrating with me, not just the movie but 25 years of my journey in this industry and a glorious birthday too. I’m grateful beyond words,” she said.
