Musiala faints in Telekom Cup match

Date:

Spectators at the Allianz Arena on Saturday, August 15, 2026, witnessed a scary moment during Bayern Munich’s Telekom Cup game.

German midfielder Jamal Musial fainted, forcing referee Robert Hartmann to briefly stop the game.

Doctors from both teams, Bayern and RB Leipzig, rushed onto the field to attend to the talented player.

New addition to the squad, Ismail Saibari, hurried to hold Musiala, who had lost control of his body and was going down due to a heat stroke.

Musiala appeared to have recovered when he stood up shortly after treatment to walk off the field.
