Brazilian forward Rodrygo has shut down reports linking him to Premier League champions, Manchester City.
With the imminent arrival of France international Kylian Mbappe, the tricky winger has been linked with a move away from Real Madrid, as competition for starting berth will get heated up next season.
Rodrygo, while celebrating his side winning the UEFA Champions League on Saturday, stated he has no interest in leaving Real Madrid for Manchester City or anywhere else.
“This week some media said about bids, clubs, interest… I don’t know anything about it, and I’m not interested.”.
“Even if there are proposals, I have no idea about that… I’m staying. I’m happy here. How can I leave Real Madrid?!”.
