The home-based Black Stars, known as the Black Galaxies, will find out their opponents for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) qualifiers on Wednesday, October 9. The draw will take place at the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
Leading up to the finals, the qualification process will consist of two rounds, with matches played on a home-and-away basis. The first round of qualifiers is scheduled for the weekend of October 25-27 and will continue from November 1-3, 2024. The second round will follow, taking place from December 20-22 and again from December 27-29, 2024.
CAF is expected to release additional details and procedures regarding the draw in the near future, providing fans and teams with more information about the upcoming qualifiers. The anticipation is building as the Black Galaxies aim to secure their place in the tournament.
