Ghana’s Black Maidens secured a superb 2-1 comeback victory over Kenya in a pre-camp friendly at the Stade Hay Moulay Rachid.

The Kenyans took the lead against the run of play in the first-half in the preparational match.

Captain Seidatu Wahab led the resurgent Maidens as she restored parity from the penalty spot just before halftime.

In the second half, Priscilla Mensah found the back of the net to complete the comeback and seal victory for Ghana.

The win provides a massive confidence boost for the team as they continue preparations for the global showpiece.
