The Black Queens of Ghana are set to face the Copper Queens of Zambia next in a bid for a place at the 2028 LA Olympic Games.
The Ghanaians handed Mauritius a 10-0 aggregate hammering on Tuesday at the Essipong Stadium in Takoradi, Ghana, to reach the third round of qualifiers.
The Copper Queens also advanced to the next round to take on the Black Queens after a 4-1 win over the Lady Cranes of Uganda.
Zambia, now led by Coach Halubono following the sacking of former Ghana coach Nora Hauptle, will meet the Ghanaians in February 2027 in a two-legged tie.
The winner of the game will book an automatic slot for the summer games.
