Former Arsenal manager and now FIFA’s Chief of Global Football Development, Arsène Wenger, will attend the third day of the CAF Strategy Conference.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) Strategy Conference is a summit of its members, other invited football experts, and FIFA to shape the next phase of African Football Development.
On the second day of the conference, CAF commended Gianni Infantino, president of FIFA, for his enormous support of African football.
Thursday’s event was attended by Cabo Verde Head of State Dr Janira Hopffer Almada and FIFA President Gianni Infantino, both of whom made remarks.
One of the key objectives of the CAF Strategy Conference is to make football in each of the 54 member associations world-class and self-sustaining and to continue to uplift CAF competitions to be globally competitive.
