The Akrodie Police Command has detained a man, age 21, on suspicion of killing his grandmother.
On Thursday, November 23, 2023, in the Asunafo North Municipality of the Ahafo Region, he was charged with his grandmother’s murder in Tweneboah, a suburb.
Reports state that Hamidu, also known as “Sim 2,” made numerous threats to kill his grandmother.
After trying to hide out, he was apprehended by neighbors and is now in the hands of the authorities.
