Popular young boxer Ernest Akushey, referred to commonly as “Bahubali,” has passed away.
The death of the Bahubali has been confirmed by boxing expert and commentator of Max TV, Nana Yaw Takyi Anderson.
Bahubali was rushed to the Lekma Hospital on Monday, September 22, on the bucket of a tricycle.
The 32-year-old Chorkor-born died around 2am on Monday morning.
The cause of his untimely death has yet to be ascertained.
