Black Stars of Ghana and Hearts of Oak goalkeeper Benjamin Asare has been named a brand ambassador for Rexona.

He was formally presented as an ambassador of the Unilever product by Ghanaian music legend Okyeame Kwame on Sunday, February 1, 2026.

Asare has established himself as Ghana’s number one shot stopper with superb performances during the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.

The Black Stars goalie joins the likes of Enzo Fernandez, Cole Palmer, and Vinicius Jr as ambassadors of the global brand.

He is expected to remain as Ghana’s number one for the 2026 Mundial, set to be jointly hosted by the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
