The Iron Heart to replace Brothers telenovela on Max Tv

The Iron Heart, a dramatic adventure of an undercover agent to replace the long running action packed series, Brothers, the General Manager of iMax Media, Ricky Anokye has announced.

This follows the story of Apollo Adelantar, a seemingly ordinary accountant who discovers he possesses extraordinary strength, leading him to become an undercover agent for the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB).

On a dangerous mission to dismantle a powerful crime syndicate called “Tatsulok,” Apollo led a double life filled with perilous situations, unexpected alliances, and personal challenges as he fights to protect his loved ones while uncovering the secrets of his past.

According to Ricky, the 2022-2023 Filipino telenovela is more intense and dramatic than Brothers and urged viewers to anticipate.

Speaking on e-Quick, an afternoon entertainment show on Max TV in Accra, last Friday, Ricky stated that The Iron Heart movie saw Richard Gutierrez who had over the years known in most of the telenovelas aired on Max TV as a villain playing the heroic role.

“This is a more actionable and deep seated dramatic movie with one character who appeared in the Blood Moon as a vampire called Supremo and in Brothers as Lito, all a villain being an angel in the Iron Heart,” he stated.

Ricky also used the opportunity to apologize to viewers over the repetition of the novellas shown on the station.

He said the team was facing technical and network issues, making it difficult for his outfit to get all the necessary contents to do the twi translation.

Management, Ricky indicated was working tirelessly to ensure the issue is resolved.

In the meantime, Brothers continuation is shown and is currently left with 11 more episodes to end it while plans were far advanced to air the continuation of A Woman Scorned and Dirty Linen at 7:00pm and 9:00pm respectively.
