The Black Stars player is attracting interest from England, Spain, and Olympique Marseille in Ligue 1. Newcastle United and UEFA Europa League winners, Sevilla, are also believed to be in pursuit of the Ghanaian star.

Alidu joined Clermont Foot in June 2019 from the JMG Academy and has gone on to be integral in the French side’s set-up.
In the 2022/23 campaign, he played 29 games across various competitions to help his side finish 8th in the Ligue1 table.
